OMEPHA MÉXICO”, hereinafter referred to as “OMEPHA”, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data, and in this regard informs you of the following:

OMEPHA” is a commercial company committed to and respectful of the rights regarding the personal data of individuals, recognized in Article 16, Section II of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, as well as the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulations, and other applicable regulations. Personal data that may be requested.

“OMEPHA” may collect and, where applicable, process the following personal data:

Full name, nationality, place and date of birth, marital status, occupation, address, Federal Taxpayer Registry number, Unique Population Registry Code, official photo identification, telephone numbers, email address, tax and banking information.

Sensitive personal data.

“OMEPHA” will not process personal data that could be considered sensitive under the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. We ask that you do not send us data of this nature. Even if “OMEPHA” receives this data, when you have voluntarily provided it, we will not use it for any purpose.

Transfer of Personal Data.

Your personal data is only processed by “OMEPHA” personnel to provide the services and products you request.
